In this blog post, we will learn from someone who only started caring about nutrition in their 30s: Toto Wolff, Austrian motorsport executive and former racing driver, currently serving as the CEO and Team Principal of Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team, shares his experiences and insights on creating a balanced diet that works for him. Although he "loves Oreos", he wouldn't eat them, and if he did, in moderation. Instead, he would attempt to have a balanced diet with plenty of protein, carbohydrates, and a mix of vegetables and fruits.
