He is a true inspiration to many and continues to make a significant impact in the world of motorsports. We had a short phone call with Toto and got his top five tips.

Sleep

The first tip he emphasized was the importance of sleep. Despite the current trend of valuing hustle and productivity over rest, he stressed that adequate sleep is essential for overall health and well-being. He acknowledged that everyone has different sleep patterns, but it's important to structure your work schedule in a way that allows for enough rest.

Movement

The second tip he shared was to keep moving. Exercise is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle, and he recommended finding a physical activity you enjoy, whether going to the gym, running, or playing sports. He believes that physical exercise helps balance the mental exhaustion from work and keeps the body healthy.

Nutrition

The third tip was to focus on nutrition. With the rise of convenience foods and fast food options, it's easy to forget the importance of eating natural and healthy foods. Toto recommended making a conscious effort to eat more natural foods and be aware of processed foods' impact on the body.

Relaxation

The fourth tip he shared was to find time to relax. Everyone has their own idea of what is relaxing, whether reading a book, taking a bath, or spending time with family and friends. The key is to make time for these activities and disconnect from social media and work.

Social Media

Finally, he emphasized the importance of being aware of the toxic nature of social media. While social media can be a helpful tool, it is essential to set boundaries and not let it consume too much of your time. He encouraged people to take breaks from social media and focus on the present moment instead.
