COVID-19 FAQ

Please find all important information on training at AURUM in Corona times here. Please also note our current hygiene & safety concept

When are the studios closed?

  • The Bundesrat has tightened the corona measures again. For this reason we have to close all studios from December 22nd, 2020.
  • We will inform you as soon as the studios are open again. As of today we will remain closed until the end of February.

What else should I consider?

Please arrive on time.

  • If you are more than 5 minutes late and there is subsequent appointment within the next 20 minutes we cannot conduct your training. So please be on time.
  • If you meet another customer prior to or after your training please make sure to keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters

Can I pause my subscription?

  • Yes of course! We offer a hustle-free subscription pause if you can't train due to corona
  • All existing memberships will be automatically suspended during the lockdown period

Can I train together with my life partner (partner training)?

Yes, partner trainings are possible again. But please make sure to always keep a distance of 1.5 meters to customers you may meet prior or after your training.

Can I be a member for only one month?

Times are uncertain, we understand that. Our offer for new customers is CHF 275 a month terminable every month for the first three months. Our two trial trainings are still free.

Which safety and hygiene measures are taken in the studio?

  • Disinfectants are ready. Please use it before and after your training
  • Distance of 1.5 meters to other customers
  • Protective (FFP2) masks and face protection for our trainers; if you want to wear one, please feel free. However, tests have shown that breathing is difficult with the most strenuous exercises.
  • Towels: You do not need to bring your own towel. We provide clean towels for every training.
  • Water: Please bring your own water for the time being.
  • Showers are open.

How are you protected with us during the training?

  • For everyone who doesn't know us: The AURUM High Intensity 6 minutes workout is carried out on fully automatic strength training devices and does not need physical contact. Therefore we will provide less guidance with physical contact for the time being. However our trainer will still do so if needed. Our coaches make sure that their hands are clean and disinfected after each workout.

Do I have to wear a mask during training?

If you like, but our tests have shown that it is difficult to get enough air during training.

What do I have to bring to the training?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we ask you to bring your own water bottle.

Who will be in the studio during my appointment?

You, maybe your friend or partner, if you come for a parnter training, and your personal trainer. No other AURUM employees will be present in the studio.

Can I bring another person to the appointment?

Yes.

Your friends can easily and at any time book a trial training 👉 online. During business hours you can also call us directly in one of the desired studios .

We have created a practical monthly intro offer. Test 2x free and then 275 a month and monthly cancel the first three months.
